[MPlayer-dvb] first frame is no keyframe

Hi

I try to watch other dvb-s2 h.264 channels with standard definition from Intelsat 60E. Bur I can see
the video only during 0,5 second , after that MPlayer crashed.

Could you please both update to latest svn?

I get the usual "Interlaced pictures + spatial direct mode is not implemented",
but no crashes at all.
