may you can comment this issue with the same files

well, H264 can be identified in -ps or -pes with the use of
-psprobe,
is it possible to update the documentation, because currently for
-psprobe I can read only this
-psprobe <byte position>
When playing an MPEG-PS stream, this option lets you
specify how many bytes in the stream you want MPlayer to scan in
order to identify the video codec used. This option is needed to
play EVO files containing H.264 streams.

but in the case of that thread the problems lies in the decoder
before any references, skipping lies inside ffh264 ?
Igor
of course

-psprobe works for both mpeg-ps and mpeg-pes files.
Option -pes never existed
